This free and easy to use on-line resource, available at www.productwise.co.uk, offers a round-the-clock, one-stop shop of information for staff to access at a time convenient to them, fitting in and around peak trading times. Users can dip in and out for specific queries or dedicate time to learning in detail about the C.K tools, C.K Magma, Kasp and Avit ranges under the Carl Kammerling umbrella. Productwise, the company says, will help to increase product knowledge and improve confidence amongst staff to ultimately encourage additional sales.
