According to the current results of an online poll carried out by our sister site HousewaresLive.net, today's vote over the formation of a "super federation" by BHETA members may not go in the board's favour.
The online poll invited BHETA members to indicate how they intended to vote at this morning's extraordinary general meeting. The results suggest that the association's proposed merger with the BJGF will be rejected by a significant majority.
At 5pm yesterday (Wednesday) the poll showed 30% in favour of the merger but 57% against. Ten per cent were undecided and 3% would not be voting.
