The British Home Enhancement Trade Association has come together with British Jewellery & Giftware International and UK Trade & Investment to produce a mobile website to promote UK companies at next month's Ambiente show.
The mobile site will host multiple functions, including exhibitor profiles, a photo gallery, floor plans, exhibitor and product search and social networking. The site can be accessed via QR code scanning, so show visitors will be able to scan a QR code with their smartphone to get connected. The QR code system and mobile site will work on multiple formats including iPhone, Blackberry, Windows and Android.

BHETA's executive director housewares, Will Jones, said it would be "a helpful way for visitors to get live information about exhibitors and their products, and a great opportunity for our members to get their message across to potential customers".

BHETA is also supporting the British Pavilion in Hall 9.2.

Ambiente takes place in Frankfurt from February 15 -19.
