Bents Garden and Home has teamed up with moneysupermarket.com to make a short film about the importance of insuring outdoor furniture and barbecues.
Bents film encourages effective outdoor insurance cover
As the weather warms up, many people will be dusting off their garden furniture, or even investing in new items for the summer season.

Bents and moneysupermarket.com are hoping to raise awareness of garden value and the importance of effective insurance cover for items such as these.

Deputy editor of moneysupermarket.com Felicity King Evans said: "We are increasingly filling our gardens with expensive ornaments, costly shrubs and pricey patio furniture, which together can be worth a fortune. Most home insurance policies will include some cover for the garden but this can vary so we are encouraging people to shop around to find the very best policy."

Bents Home and Garden md Matthew Bent added: "We were delighted to be approached by moneysupermarket.com and help out with this film. We are always promoting the benefits of outdoor living and enjoy helping our customers decorate and furnish their outdoor room, whether it's with plants, ornaments or garden furniture. All can add up to be a big investment not only financially but in terms of time and effort so it is important to protect it as effectively as possible."
