B&Q to teach practical DIY courses
The superstore has joined the programme of educational and practical lessons available to people living at the 52,000 properties managed by Home throughout England and Scotland.

A spokesman for B&Q said the partnership would allow Home to benefit from the experience the firm, while they could give back to the community.

All of the courses are free to residents and B&Q also hope their involvement will help residents build their personal and practical skills.

Home has a turnover of £270m and will also offer its residents the opportunity to learn basics maths and English skills.
