A new way to barbecue with Gardeco

Published: 24 April 2014
Gardeco Ltd has developed a new way for barbequing with the new Chim Stove accessory for its Tia Chimenea.
A new way to barbecue with Gardeco
The Chim Stove fits onto the top of the chimenea to create an outdoor cooker. Users simply remove the funnel and bolt- on the Chim Stove. The Chim Stove is supplied with a large cast iron hotplate, which has ribbed and smooth sides and a lip that prevents food and fat from running off.

The hot plate is designed to retain heat and locks in flavour by sealing meat instantly. The Tia Chimenea is fuelled with renewable dry logs to create a clean and safe environment.

Due to the design, fat cannot run into the fire, so the removal of smoke contamination ensures that food cooked on the Chim Stove is healthier.
