Published: 15 April 2009
Wickes has launched a new customer loyalty scheme called the MyCard.
Wickes launches customer reward scheme
The scheme offers cardholders one 'MyPoint' for every £1 spent in store. Once enough points have been collected, customers can redeem 1,000 points for a £10 Wickes voucher.

There are other deals available such as double points after £2k has been spent, triple points after £5k and a 30,000-point bonus if a cardholder spends more than £12,000 in a year - earning them a £300 voucher.

And if consumers sign up before May 4 they'll receive 500 MyPoints straight away.

Consumers can register in store, visit www.mywickescard.co.uk or call 0870 6089 001.

The news comes after Homebase announced it is scrapping its own reward scheme 'Spend & Save' in favour of joining the popular Nectar scheme.

Wickes may be proud to put their name on it, but the don't include any customer service in the price. Appalling and I will never darken their door again. Carry on like this and you will not make the bottom of the pile next year. If anyone CAN track down a memeber of customer service at Wickes, please send them on a course for me.
