Leading supplier of floor coverings strengthens its team with appointment of sales director.
Lee Smart has joined Westco in a newly created role and will spearhead a new phase of growth for the company as it targets the independent flooring market.

Mr Smart brings with him 10 years experience in the sector and joins the company from Kronotex Group, the world's largest laminate flooring company and one of Westco's suppliers.

Mr Smart's appointment follows hot off the heels of Westco's promotion of Markus Burkhardt from marketing development controller to director of operations.

With a combined 60 years of experience in the flooring industry, Westco's management team is made up of managing director Nick Gibbs, finance director Huw Thomas, director of operations Markus Burkhardt and sales director Lee Smart.
