Welch & Tidy latest Industry Awards sponsor
Welch & Tidy is the latest sponsor to join the ranks for the 2009 Industry Awards, which will take place on Friday, May 15.

The Middlesex-based wholesaler will sponsor the Decorative category at the lunchtime event, which attracts a host of big names across the entire spectrum of the hardware, garden, housewares and DIY industry.

Founded in 1979, Welch & Tidy is a leading cash and carry wholesaler specialising in hardware, housewares, toys and stationery. Serving independent retailers, garden centres and builders merchants, the business moved to new premises in Perivale, West London in 2007.

Platinum sponsor for the event is Akzo Nobel (ICI) with the Dulux, Polycell, Cuprinol and Hammerite brands.

The rest of the sponsor line-up includes Totally shows organiser Brintex, Home Hardware Southwest, Sam's Trade Centre, retail giant Lakeland, United Housewares Merchants and recruitment consultancy Nigel Wright.

It's not too late to book your table for the prestigious industry event. A table for 10 costs £1,395, with individual paces available at £145.
