Leeds-based Visa Tools has purchased the hammer section of Footprint Tools. Visa continues to manufacture the entire hammer range produced by Footprint.
The company can offer customers full customisation to their brand, and has already secured contracts with several large hand tool companies, to produce for them.

It is also supplying the existing Footprint customer base. Visa has been manufacturing hammers and specialist tools itself for over 20 years, and now has three British standard tools: the BS876 product from Footprint, BS7833 for Fire Axes & Rescue Equipment, and the BS8020 electrically insulated product for the construction industry.
