Varta celebrates spring listings success with B&Q

Published: 22 April 2015
Varta has created 40 packs of AA and AAA batteries, which are being stocked exclusively by B&Q.
The new multi packs of Varta longlife batteries debuted on March 26 and is being stocked in 240 B&Q stores nationwide at a retail price of £10.

Varta Consumer Batteries UK sales director Anthony Sewart said: "As the nation gets busy spring cleaning and jump starting DIY projects that have been on hold during winter, batteries will feature high on the shopping list. The bulk pack size offers fantastic value for money... It's the first time we've offered a pack of this size and a result of working closely with B&Q to understand the specific needs of its customer base."
