Toolstation opens 300th branch in Eastleigh with further plans for expansion

Published: 13 February 2018 - Kiran Grewal

Toolstation has announced that its landmark 300th branch will open in Eastleigh on 23rd February 2018.

At a time when many national retailers are reducing their branch networks through closure, this milestone achievement demonstrates the success of Toolstation in maintaining its growth through its commitment to providing customers with quick and easy access to the products they need, as well as investing in local communities through employment creation and training.

The branch will be located at Unit 1, Stanstead Road Trade Park, Goodwood Road, Eastleigh SO50 4RZ, and will be officially opened by Councillor Maureen Sollitt, Mayor of Eastleigh at 11.30am on Friday 23rd February.

To celebrate reaching its 300th branch, Toolstation has announced a number of incentives to entice new and existing customers of the brand to visit on the opening day, including:

Meet the MD of Toolstation, James MacKenzie, who will be there to talk to customers about the Toolstation journey and answer any questions

Einhell, Milwaukee and Hep2O will be present to carry out supplier demonstrations. They will each be bringing a marquee and selection of their products, plus lots of free giveaways!

There will be a ‘300-prize’ raffle, with 300 prizes given away to customers who make a purchase on the day. Prizes will include brand new Milwaukee drill sets, Einhell power tools and lots of everyday essentials

Local charities, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and Friends of Keep in Touch will be presented with financial donations from Toolstation

Customers of the Eastleigh branch who visit in person can also enjoy 10% off everything, from Thursday 22nd February to Sunday 25th February 2018 – a special offer available in store only.
