Tile Depot branches out into bathrooms

Published: 1 May 2009
Tile and stone retailer extends customer offering with Balterley bathroom suites at selected retail outlets.
Tile Depot is selling bathrooms from the Balterley range in its Whetstone and High Wycombe stores, as well online.

It is also stocking bathroom brochures in all of its stores and plans to roll out its bathroom collection to all 15 branches across London and the South East in the future.

Customers who order a bathroom suite from Tile Depot will benefit from free delivery to their door and a dedicated customer service line to help them track orders and find out delivery times.

Tile Depot operations manager David Fitzgerald said: "It's vital to diversify and offer customers as much as possible in challenging markets ... it's extremely convenient for trade and retail customers to visit one of our stores and get everything they need to complete a bathroom project."

He added: "We want to make life easier for our customers and creating a 'one-stop shop' for tiling and bathroom products achieves that."
