Homebase is handing over yet another of its stores to The Range, this time in Burnley.
Homebase will give up the lease of the outlet, though has not said when, and in a now familiar pattern The Range will move in.

Homebase's planned reduction of store space has proved to be the perfect opportunity to help The Range press on with its plan to top the 100-store mark by the end of the year. In August, the retailer will open its 89th store.

As usual, Homebase parent Home Retail Group is seeking alternative employment for staff at its Burnley store within other Homebase stores or with sister retailer Argos.
