The Range has named October 31 as the opening day for its new Kilmarnock superstore, in premises formerly occupied by Homebase.
The new outlet will offer the usual mix of 65,000 products including DIY, homewares and furniture.

The store will open its doors at 9am on the Friday and will provide exclusive store opening offers along with competitions, giveaways and an appearance by Captain Range, who will be entertaining children and handing out balloons.

The Kilmarnock branch will create around 100 part-time and full-time jobs.
