STANLEY's new folding chisel is designed to make an essential tool easier and more convenient to carry around.
Equipped with a 25mm carbon steel blade, the product has a composite body and uses a butterfly action to split its handle into two separate parts lengthwise when not in use.

Both sections fold upward to completely encase and protect the blade. The folding chisel also features interlocking slots that prevent movement when in use and is built with a steel strike cap on the end.

Stanley says the product means an end to torn pockets and scratched skin for many tradesmen, while the covered blade means the edge will remain usable for much longer, reducing the need to re-sharpen.
