All the product entries were scrutinised by retailers who themselves have won prizes at the recent Britain's Best Retailer Awards. The judges were Alan Murdoch of Fermoy's Garden Centre, Ray Stedman of Saxon Security Locks, Leslie Banks of Nu-Line Builders Merchants, Vin Vara of The Tool Shop and Tracey Gough, buyer at R Massey & Sons Ltd. They were joined by Steve Akers, a buyer for BHF Direct.
