Sentry Safe UK has announced the acquisition of US business Schwab Corporation for an undisclosed sum.
The American company has been manufacturing fire-resistant filing cabinets, safes and vault doors for 136 years and currently employs 105 people.

Both Sentry Safe and Schwab will continue to operate independently and as separate brands, however, the purchase will allow the company to maximise economies of scale and synergies between the businesses.
