Rothley announces agreement to distribute Spyra-Base range
An exclusive deal has been struck for Rothley to licence and distribute the Spyra-Base range of spiral ground anchors to the UK DIY and Garden Centre markets and means that Rothley will be showing an unprecedented range of new products at this year's show.

Spyra-Base ground anchors provide a sturdy and safe anchor for a variety of garden and DIY applications, from tethering pets and animals, to securing rotary washing lines and parasols, fitting fence posts and decking and securing high value items such as motor bikes and caravans.

Spyra-Base products are easy to use - the specially designed spiral simply screws into the ground, providing an instant anchoring point with incredible holding power - there is no need for extensive digging, no mixing cement and no need to wait overnight for cement to harden, saving time effort and money.

Rothley managing director Steven Jacques comments: "Over the last 18 months Rothley has gone from strength to strength. We are looking ahead with great optimism and have reviewed our product offering to introduce new lines that complement and enhance our overall range. The Spyra-Base opportunity was too good to miss - it is an excellent product range with unique selling features, and will open up new markets for Rothley as well as enhancing our position in the DIY sector."

Rothley can be found on stand D20 at the 2008 show which will feature both Alfer and Spyra-Base products, along with current Rothley products such as Colorail tube and fittings, table legs, handrail and safety rails.

The DIY & Garden Show takes place at Earls Court 2 from 13th to 15th January.
