Office products manufacturer Esselte has completed its acquisition of Isaberg Rapid.
The acquisition is an expansion for Esselte into the tools sector and professional retail markets.

Esselte's chief executive officer Gary Brooks said: "We look forward to a quick and smooth integration of Isaberg Rapid into Esselte and to moving forward into 2010 as one new progressive business.

Isaberg Rapid, which has its headquarters in Sweden, manufacturers and markets staplers, pliers, stapling tools, and glue guns, as well s electric insert staplers for leading manufacturers of copying machines and printers.
