Plumbers merchant chain PTS has appointed Jo Smith as marketing manager for installers to introduce an even more efficient service at its trade counters.
Jo will also be responsible for supporting female plumbers within the industry, as PTS enters its second year as one of the Women in Plumbing and Heating Group's main sponsors.
