Prior to joining the ASSA ABLOY group, Stephen worked for agricultural and industrial machinery manufacturer Alamo Group Inc. in Ludlow. He then moved to Newmor Group Ltd where he worked for six years, dealing in the design and manufacturing of wallcoverings and interior fit out products. Starting as a marketing executive, Stephen worked his way up to Online Sales and Marketing Manager, assuming responsibility for consumer sales working closely with distributors, retailers and architects.

Stephen, who lives in Telford with his wife, is a keen gym-goer and sports fanatic. A rugby league lad, he supports St Helens but also enjoys football where he backs Manchester United. He also has an interest in mountain climbing, skiing and photography.
