CornerTape SiliconePro now available at Plumb Center nationwide
CornerTape SiliconePro, with the world's first
Anti-Drip Valve and Pre-Cut Nozzle System, is now available to customers of over
490 branches of the UK's leading supplier of heating and plumbing products -
from Inverness to Penzance to Londonderry.
Plumb Center first stocked the CornerTape
'professional' range of products, including its heavy duty Silicone & Grout
Remover Tool, packs of Preparation Wipes, Silicone Forming Kit and 15m rolls of
CornerTape, just over a year ago and CornerTape is thrilled that Plumb Center
has extended its product offering with SiliconePro just three months after its
launch.
Andy Toyne, sales director for CornerTape in the
UK, said: "We're extremely excited about SiliconePro being introduced into
Plumb Center branches, as Plumb Center is the biggest name in the plumbing and
heating trade. The branches have had the silicone for a very short time and are
already re-stocking the shelves as its going down very well with the trade. Of
course, SiliconePro has great shelf appeal with the valve and nozzle but the

With
its Anti-Mould properties as well as resistance to water, moisture, colour fade
and UV, SiliconePro is ideal for the trade as it has a wide range indoor and
outdoor uses and is available in a choice of four colours. Its high elasticity
rate and tensile strength make it suitable where movement in the joint is
expected and it will perform in extreme temperatures, from -50°C to 120°C.
The
Anti Drip Valve and Pre-Cut Nozzle System has been designed & patented by
CornerTape for easy use, to prevent waste and save mess. The Anti-Drip Valve is
positioned on the front of the tube - one simple quarter turn of the valve cuts
the flow of sealant; and the Pre-Cut Nozzle System comes in four sections to
give bead sizes of 2.5mm through to 8mm, each of which unscrews and is pre-cut
at an angle of 45° for greater control.
