Obituary: John Withall

John Withall, formerly of companies including Briton Chadwick (now Hamilton Acorn), Mosley Stone and RODO, passed away on September 12 following a long fight with cancer.
John will be remembered by his customers for the 'cheerful and professional manner in which he looked after them', in a career that spanned more than 30 years in the DIY sector and associated trades.

I worked with John at several companies over the past 30 years. John was a good friend and a great salesman. He will be sadly missed.

I have known John for many years and came across him many times in the same customers that I was calling upon as a sales agent.We were friendly competitors and his friendly banter will be missed.
