Norton Clipper provides the knowhow with new Diamond Blade campaign

Published: 6 October 2020 - Sarah Mead

Norton Clipper has launched its new multi-channel colour coded campaign to ensure trade professionals are getting the most out of their diamond blades.

The new campaign aims to take the stress out of the selection process. Featuring online as well as being promoted by distributors and retailers across the UK, the campaign will serve as a helpful reminder to tradespeople as to which coloured diamond blade is right for each job. Some distributors and retailers will also be displaying leaflets and offering additional information in-store and on their website, to help make the decision process as quick and easy as possible.

In addition, Norton Clipper’s dedicated campaign webpage allows users to match the perfect diamond blade for the job, all at the touch of a button. The page shares all the information about the range, covering a variety of industries, machinery and applications including concrete, asphalt, ceramics and refractory.

Improving efficiency and ease of use, using the correct blade can guarantee users a smoother and faster cut, whilst extending product lifecycles to save money and time spent on replacements.

Adrian Hough, Country Manager at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, comments: “The Diamond Blade range encompasses a wide variety of products, each tailored to specific materials and applications which, through maximum performance, help our customers achieve the results and professional finish they desire.

“With the endless options of diamond blades available in the market, this can often lead to confusion during the selection process, with some trade professionals choosing to stick to one blade for all jobs and avoid the risk of choosing an ineffective blade. This could mean that in many cases, professionals are working harder and longer on cutting materials and spending more on replacement blades overall.

“This campaign is all about making the selection process as straightforward as possible. By looking out for the colourful ads and banners, trade professionals can confidently purchase their diamond blades, safe in the knowledge that they’ve picked the product that will provide them with the quality and performance they require.”
