GIMA members tee off for charity
The annual GIMA charity golf day and evening dinner took place in Northamptonshire recently, raising money for Greenfingers, Rugby for Heroes and Sporting Hearts.

As well as the golf tournament, which was won by seed supplier Mr Fothergill's, money was raised through a raffle held on the day. Second place went to the team from Woodlodge and in third place was the Haws watering can golfers.

GIMA director Neil Gow said: "After the success of this year's event everybody who took part and supported us is already demanding another. Add to this the fact that some golfers want to seek revenge on Mr Fothergill's and win the coveted GIMA Gold Trophy."

The association is about to book the date and venue for the 2013 tournament, and all those interested in getting involved or sponsoring the event is asked to get in touch with GIMA now.
