The Range revamps website
The Range has updated its website to simplify the process of buying online.
The new site, designed and hosted by BT Fresca, has a modern look and is quick loading, with new features including an improved store finder, a wish list option, product suggestions and product reviews from customers.
The move comes as the retailer continues its aggressive growth strategy, which will see them operate nearly 60 stores by the end of the year, with 20 further stores planned for 2012.
E-commerce manager Mark Andrews said: "We are extremely proud of our new website. As well as being heavily focused on expanding our physical business, online is now a strategic priority for us, as it represents a significant sales channel and opportunity. Our new platform will enable us to give our customers the very best levels of service. It includes features that will make the customer shopping experience easier and more enjoyable."
The Range offers more than 65,000 products across 16 departments, including DIY, homewares, furniture, lighting, arts and crafts and garden.
The retailer has also diversified into property, manufacturing, waste management, shop fitting and financial services, with a separate website offering insurance, savings, utilities, mortgages and travel money.
