A new focus
ITL Holdings, owned by Mark Wardle and Allan Challinor, acquired Insulated Tools LLC in November 2010.
The new owners intend to continue to sell directly into the utilities market, as before, but also plan to sell the tools as stock items.
The entire range is manufactured using a method of injection moulding with Nylon 11, making them superior to dipped PVC tools as the insulation and tools are fused together to give an "unbreakable bond".
The products are flame retardant, designed for use in extreme temperatures and individual tools are 100% batch tested to give 100% assured safety.
