Fabriform Neken
A team headed by Chris Windust has recently wholly acquired Fabriform Neken Ltd. 
The company was founded in 1959 by Geoffrey Kneen and managed for most of that time by his son, Paul Kneen. Mr Windust is joined by Stephen Walter in finance and Symeon Economou in sales.
The takeover coincides with a complete rebranding and relaunch of the range of polystyrene wall tiles, tile transfers, tile trims and accessories from the 'Neken' brand to 'Easy Tile'.
Mr Windust said "we plan for this to mark a step change in the development of this well respected company and its superb range of products".
