The Line Wrench from SMC (2009 SEMA Show, new product winner) features patented technology. 
It is already QA approved and accepted by the German Automotive industry, and now available for other applications.
The product has a unique ratcheting action, is ideal for "in-line" applications and can be opened and closed to fit around the nut completely.
It also only uses the flanks, and does not require intact points. Ideal for use in plumbing, hydraulics, gas and welding.
