Lagostina launches Collezione Rossa
Lagostina, the Italian housewares brand distributed in the UK by Groupe SEB, has launched the Collezione Rossa range.
It, says the firm, is the first ever stainless steel cookware injected with colour pigments. As its name suggests it is launched in a red colourway and took three years of research and development to create.
The resulting technology, called Steel & Colour is completely dishwasher safe, scratch resistant and guarantees the colour won't fade.
The range combines Lagostina's tri-ply format to ensure even heat distribution, ergonomic handles and is designed to go straight from the oven to the table, adding a touch of Italian elegance to British dining.
