Bents is the best
Bents Garden & Home in Glazebury near Warrington has been named The Garden Centre Association of the Year for 2009.

Bents is the best

The GCA awarded the centre almost 90%, making it top of the list of more than 160 centres nationwide. It also awarded Bents with awards for best plant area, best outdoor living department and best restaurant for the centre's Fresh Approach restaurant.

DIY week was not surprised by news of the win, Bents is a previous recipient of the award, taking the title in 2006, the same year DIY Week named it Britain's Best Garden Retailer at its annual awards ceremony.

Bents md Matthew Bent said of the win, "The GCA title is the one all garden centres want and we are delighted to be acknowledged as the best in the UK. It is a credit to all of our colleagues who work extremely hard to ensure our standards remain as high as possible throughout all areas of the centre. We would like to say a big thank you to each and every one of them and are looking forward to another exciting year ahead."
