RTA and George Wilkinson International consolidate to fight downturn
The logistics and administration of the sister firms will come together, allowing both companies to focus on new developments and improving efficiencies.
The move is designed to help protect both firms from the poor economy.
RTA managing director, Carl Saunders, said: "GWI becomes responsible for sales, order taking, delivery and invoicing to RTA's customers.
"RTA customers will also gain access to the GW product portfolio, at advantageous terms."
