HTA catering conference to provide best-in-class advice
The HTA's summer catering conference is providing 'useful and inspiring' advice for delegates to run more profitable catering operations.Confirmed speakers include Henrietta Green, author of award-wnning book, The Food Lovers' Guide to Britain talking about Britain and organic food; Mike Lucy, owner of restaurants and cafes in London's Royal Parks and English Heritage sites discussing trends; and Oliver Peyton, whose mantra 'restaurants should be about having fun' has seen him open a number of restaurants – one of the most famous being the Atlantic Bar & Grill in London.
He will close the session with a talk on being the best.
From Petersham Nurseries Café, Skye Gyngell, head chef and author of A Year in My Kitchen and Wendy Fogarty, founding ambassador for the UK Slow Food movement will deliver a joint talk on their quest for the highest standards.
