The British wallcovering brand, which celebrates its 125th anniversary this year, was sold to Erfurt MAV for an undisclosed sum last month. 

Walker Greenbank, the luxury interior furnishings group, has continued its progress after reporting an increase in profits from £1.4m to £3.1m in its preliminary results for the 12-month period ended January 31, 2008.
