Five sponsors including Lakeland, the BBC, and Tenax have announced their backing of the Industry Awards.

BBC Good Homes and BBC Gardeners' World will sponsor the 2007 Consumer Advertising Award at the event, which takes place at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on Friday May, 11.

Mister Blister, a British plastic manufacturer, will be sponsoring the compere, Sian Williams.

Lakeland, 'the home of creative kitchenware', will sponsor the Cookware and Bakeware category and the Tabletop category.

Tenax will be the sponsor of comedic talent, Rhod Gilbert.

Acknowledging the people, products and innovation that have played a big part in shaping the diy, garden and housewares industries over the past year, the Industry Awards is an event not to be missed.

The Industry Awards takes place on May 11, 2007 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
