Mica Exchange 2013 a sell-out

Published: 13 February 2013
The Mica DIY Exchange is back for a third year this spring, and the meeting of the Mica clan has once more proved a sell-out.
Mica Exchange 2013 a sell-out
Members and suppliers will come together in Edinburgh from March 2 - 3 to build business, catch up and celebrate success. As so many of Mica's Scottish members have travelled south for the event in previous years, the association decided the time was right to return the compliment.

The venue will be the 4* Dalmahoy Marriott Hotel and Country Club, and confirmed suppliers include main event sponsors for 2013 Ronseal, as well as Akzo Nobel, Crown, Draper, LG Harris, Masons Timber, Specialist Group and Stax Trade Centres.

Once again the 'slow speed dating' format will be used for the event, whereby suppliers book appointments with members and circulate throughout the day. This is the format Mica has been using for the past two years, with last year's feedback forms all either rating the event as good or excellent.

The website will also include the Mica AGM, member website training and traditional Mica gala dinner, raising money for the Rainy Day Trust. There will also be entertainment and the Mica member and supplier awards for 2012.
