Light on consumption

Published: 10 February 2009
The Palmite compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) from Megaman is a low-energy, high-performance alternative to under-cabinet filament of halogen lamps.
Light on consumption
With a light output equivalent to a traditional 45w filament lamp the Palmite draws just 9w of mains power, lasts for more than 15,000 hours and has negligible heat output.

It measures less than one inch deep with a diameter of only 3.5 inches and comes complete with base, connector and 1.5m of mains cable.

The fittings connect directly to mains supply with no need for a transformer and come in a choice of white or metallic silver finish.
