Paint brush and decorating equipment manufacturer LG Harris has announced the acquisition of John Palmer Brush Company for an undisclosed sum.
John Palmer, based in Norfolk, owns the Victory range of brushes and brooms, which dates back more than 100 years. Under LG Harris the products will be re-branded Harris Victory.

However, retailers should see no disruption to delivery according to LG Harris md Gary Jordan who said: "Our intention is to provide customers with a seamless transition between owners, and we will be placing great emphasis on achieving this."
