The company joins a long line of names lending their support to the prestigious event, including Akzo Nobel, Black & Decker, Cuprinol, Dulux, Hammerite, Home Hardware, International, Polycell, Sam's Trade Centre, Sikkens, Spring Fair and Autumn Fair and Totally DIY.

Bosch brand manager Gemma Gill told DIY Week: "Bosch Power Tools are very excited about sponsoring the Product of the Year Awards and we are very pleased we have been given the opportunity to be a part of the event. As market leader and a well-established brand we feel it is vital to be associated with this event and representing our market."

Deadline for entry to the awards, which are organised by DIY Week and Housewares, is February 14. To enter, simply visit www.diyweek.net/productoftheyear, fill in the details on the entry form and submit them (or print a hard copy entry form and post it to us). Send us the product and it will then be assessed by our independent panel of retail judges.

Winners will be revealed at the prestigious awards lunch at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in London on May 13, attended by hundreds of top buyers and executives.
