The latest company to sign up with the British Home Enhancement Trades Association is kitchen tools and gadgets supplier Uutensil.
Uutensil matches innovative and memorable design with equally quirky and engaging product names such as Spudnik and Squish. Its range includes meat tenderisers, potato mashers and sauce stirrers. The company supplies independent cookshops and department stores and has its own online retail presence.

BHETA's housewares sector director, William Jones, commented: "Innovation is the name of the game at the moment, and I'm delighted to have such a fresh and go-ahead brand as Uutensils on board."
