Borderstone has been acquired from Aggregate Industries by Kelkay, both being suppliers of garden landscaping materials and ornaments.
Kelkay managing director Antony Harker commented: "Borderstone has been a long recognised brand in the garden industry. We're delighted to add this to the ever-growing range of brands within the Kelkay Group.

"We have exciting plans to evolve the Borderstone offering, particularly its range of natural stone paving. This combined with our existing garden stone range will further enhance our hard landscape offering to retailers."

Kelkay, which sells to garden centres, nurseries and DIY outlets across the UK and Ireland, said more information would be released soon.
