Kasp’s new range of hasps and staples is designed to complement its range of padlocks and is available in three security levels – low, medium and high – plus a 10 year guarantee against defects. Included in the range are the Kasp 210 series, a traditional style hasp and staple that offers a basic level of security for general applications; and the 230 Universal Hasp & Staple, which is manufactured from heavy gauge steel with anti-corrosion properties. The Kasp 230 features a hardened steel staple and concealed hinge pin to protect against brutal attack methods. Finally, the 260 Disc Lock Hasp & Staple is designed to complement the Kasp 160 series disc padlock, but also offers additional shackle protection when used with other types of padlocks. The hardened steel staple protects the shackle from conventional forms of cutting and cropping attack. RRPs start from £3.85.
