Sector's best recognised at Industry Awards 2009

The best product innovation of 2008 was awarded at the glittering awards lunch on Friday, at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel.

Retailers and suppliers across the DIY, garden, hardware and housewares industry packed the Art Deco ballroom at the hotel to hear compere, comedian Rhod Gilbert, announce the silver winners and then, after a three-course lunch, the gold winner in each of the 14 categories.
