HTA delight as last water bans go
The final four water companies - South East Water; Sutton and East Surrey Water; Veolia Water Central; and Veolia Water Southeast - removed restrictions on July 9.

Areas covered by the firms are primarily in the south east of England.
Gary Scroby, HTA policy manager, said: "We are obviously pleased that there are now no hosepipe bans in place in the UK. We would now encourage gardeners to use the remaining summer months to plant up their gardens."
