A woman was found dead at the Maidstone branch of Homebase on Friday morning last week, after apparently hanging herself in the store.
Homebase has confirmed that the woman was discovered in the outside sales area of the store and that a police investigation is ongoing. The retailer has not confirmed if she had bought anything in store, or used Homebase merchandise to carry out the act.
