Wrights Home Hardware won the Bake Off window competition
Wrights Home Hardware won a hamper of goodies for their Bake Off window

The competitors dressed their shop windows with kitchen ware products related to baking. Wright's Home Hardware of Prestwick was named winner with staff presented with a food hamper full of goodies.

The competition was judged by George East managing director Nick Squires. He said of the winning display: " The window display conveys the baking message well with a selection of related products covering preparation, baking and serving. Bunting is fun and pertinent without obscuring products. Nicely framed with a clear message."

Second place went to Mitchells Home Hardware in Banchory and third place to Wright's Home Hardware in Forres.
