Grosvenor celebrates tenth year of excellence
Following an annual audit from the Garden Centre Association, Grosvenor was presented with the award at the recent Garden Centre Association Conference.

The Association's chief executive Gillie Westwood said: "Grosvenor was in the midst of a considerable refurbishment programme just as the audit took place last year and to achieve such high marks under these circumstances is truly exceptional."

The centres that receive top marks in the audit are considered Garden Centres of Excellence for their consistently high standards in customer service, ranges, knowledge and professional advice.

Grosvenor managing director Iain Wylie said: "Grosvenor is the only garden centre to retain this award of excellence for ten consecutive years and it is an amazing achievement for the team that we have maintained the very highest standards so consistently over a decade. We look forward to continuing to improve further in years to come to ensure the positive customer experience remains so exceptional."
