Garden Industry Manufacturers' Association director Vicky Nuttall will be taking on the challenge of a 20 mile charity walk this Friday (March 18) to raise money for industry charity Greenfingers.

It's not the first time Ms Nuttall has taken on the challenge, though this year she will be accompanied by her dog Ruby, "primarily so she can drag me along the last few miles," she said.

Together with colleagues from the industry, the walk is to raise money for Greenfingers, which supports children in hospices by creating inspiring gardens and outdoor spaces for them to relax in and enjoy.

Said Ms Nuttall: "This time last year I said never again, but here I am walking another 20 miles in aid of Greenfingers. This year Ruby will be walking with me, she's never walked this far before, but I'm sure she'll have a great time.

"Greenfingers is such a great charity and a wonderful cause... Please give as much as you can."
