Fixing problem plasterboard

Published: 6 October 2010
ForgeFix has added a new plasterboard fixing to its range – Dryline Pro.
Fixing problem plasterboard
Dryline Pro is capable of supporting up to 200kgs, says the company, and features an extra long plug which can be inserted into the blockwork with the help of the drill bit provided.

A specially designed head on the fixing then firmly grips this supporting sleeve causing the main pulling load to be taken by the wall itself, with the only force exerted on the plasterboard being a slight downward thrust.

A number of different pack formats are available.
